Rotoworld is reporting that Braves C Brian McCann suffered a mild concussion in yesterday’s game when he and Shane Victorino collided at home plate. McCann expects to only miss a few days. This is the second time a catcher has been diagnosed with a concussion after being plowed over by a Philly player, the first being catcher Yadier Molina.
I know he’s a Brave, but McCann is becoming one of the young stars of the league. You don’t want anyone’s career being stunted because of injury. Somehow, I hate Victorino more and more.
