The Mets and Braves play game two of their doubleheader this evening, set to start at 7:35. Game two of the double dip features a pair of left handed rookies, with Jon Niese facing off against Jo-Jo Reyes. The game is being shown on SNY and can be heard on WFAN.
Keys to the Game:
- Niese, Take A Breath: In his first career start against the Brewers, Niese looked like a nervous wreck, and didn’t pitch very well either. Tonight, he faces a less than stellar Braves team offensively, and should be able to settle down a bit more.
