In Philadelphia, a kid fell over the home run fence trying to catch a ball during batting practice.
Unfortunately for the kid, he did not catch the ball and in the process he fell over the fence and onto the warning track.
Mike Pelfrey saw the child fall and checked up on him. Here is the video:

Not only is Pelfrey developing into a high quality starting pitcher, but he looks pretty paternal right there. It’s nice to see that he’s a class act though, there was obviously a lot of room for taunting and a not so friendly response to somebody, especially a young Phillies fan. Yet, he cared.
