Roger Clemens beat Brian McNamee to court, filing a defamation lawsuit over his claim that he injected Clemens with steroids, the New York Daily News reports.
The lawsuit includes statements by McNamee where he said he was pressured by BALCO prosecution team members to implicate Clemens and that originally McNamee denied Clemens had used steroids or human growth hormone.
Clemens has a press conference scheduled for this afternoon.
