Ken Davidoff is at the General Managers meetings in Orlando this week, and while nothing has happened yet of note, he takes the opportunity on his blog for Newsday to give us his list of the best GMs in baseball with a little background on their recent track record as well.
Davidoff ranks Omar Minaya 9th overall and gives him credit for making the Mets relevant again but notes that this will be a crucial offseason for Omar.
