Pedro’s back, the Mets are at 4 in a row, everyones happy, even Joe B at WFAN. Well, maybe not him, but everyone else.

So as we welcome you to a new, improved HotFoot, lets see what our friends out in cyberspace think of the Pedro.

Metsradamus warns us not to jump our guns:

I’m going to try to resist the urge to believe that Pedro’s mere presence is going to pick up the team like a magic elixir. As much as I want to believe that, and as much as there’s evidence that it could be true, I’m not willing to put that much pressure on Pedro.

SNK of You Can’t Script Baseball, on the other hand, is excited.

When Joshua is older, I’ll tell him about lots of players he’s now too young to remember. Then I’ll tell him that Pedro Martinez was the other 10%. With Pedro, every legend was absolutely true.
