John Delcos, who does a tremendous job with his blog for The Journal News giving fans instant access to the clubhouse, relays this quote from David Wright.

“I’m extremely proud of what we accomplished. We just came off
the low point of our season and turned it around into one of our high
points.”

Delcos also notes that the many players watched the Phillies and Marlins game in the clubhouse after sweeping the Braves with great interest.

What a wild week it was, and now with Pedro pitching tonight, this has been the biggest emotional roller coaster for me at least, all season. At the same time I'm ecstatic to have Pedro back, I'm anxious as hell to see how he will perform. I'm a nervous freaking wreck over here.
